Postal flowers are delivered by Royal Mail. Delivery is normally within 1 - 2 days of the selected delivery date. However, an exact delivery date/time cannot be guaranteed. Unless stated, vases are not included.
In the rare event that a substitution is necessary, flowers of similar style, quality and value will be used. Sundry items may differ from those shown in the picture.

Thank you very much for your efficiency which I was very impressed with. The ease of ordering the confirmation e mail and the quality of the flowers and timing - all were perfect. We saw the flowers ordered ourselves as we visited our relatives later that day. The sunflowers in the bouquet were fabulous and the bouquet itself was beautiful. Well done and thank you
