Postal flowers are delivered by Royal Mail. Delivery is normally within 1 - 2 days of the selected delivery date. However, an exact delivery date/time cannot be guaranteed. Unless stated, vases are not included.
In the rare event that a substitution is necessary, flowers of similar style, quality and value will be used. Sundry items may differ from those shown in the picture.

My daughter in law has just had her first baby. I ordered the Narnian Dreams bouquet on Monday and they were delivered on Tuesday. They were mostly in bud when she received them. I went yesterday (Wednesday) and the are absolutely beautiful. She was very pleased with them and I was really impressed at the quality of the flowers . I would not hesitate to use serenta flowers again. Thank you very much
