Postal flowers are delivered by Royal Mail. Delivery is normally within 1 - 2 days of the selected delivery date. However, an exact delivery date/time cannot be guaranteed. Unless stated, vases are not included.

In the rare event that a substitution is necessary, flowers of similar style, quality and value will be used. Sundry items may differ from those shown in the picture.
