Postal flowers are delivered by Royal Mail. Delivery is normally within 1 - 2 days of the selected delivery date. However, an exact delivery date/time cannot be guaranteed. Unless stated, vases are not included.
In the rare event that a substitution is necessary, flowers of similar style, quality and value will be used. Sundry items may differ from those shown in the picture.

I just wanted to tell you how thrilled my parents in law and sister and brother in law were with the flowers you delivered to them last week.I have used serenata in the past but you seem to get better all the time. Both recipients enthused about the quantity, quality and presentation of the flowers , and for me in the Netherlands it is nice to know I can count on you for quality and truthfullness.
