Product : I ordered these on someone else’s behalf so I dont know how they looked when delivered. Online they looked great and I thought the upgrade to a larger bunch was a really good option without being too expensive

Service rating : Order wasnt delivered initially as my friend didnt hear door bell-seems like courier never left a card to tried for very long.i chased the delivery and was told i would get a call back atbotu re-delivery-no-one called.i rang again later that day told courier doesnt work sunday and it was bank hol monday but they would call back-no-one did! 3rd call,lady was lovley arrange d to send flowers for tuesday at my place of work so i could take them to my sick friend.she was great -other two siad they woudl get in touch and didnt.flowers are a special git and it was all poorley hadnled.i suggest you use curiers who leave cards,i coudl have collected for my friend.spoiled my pexperience of ordering flowers online but thanks to the lady who did int he end try to sort me out and sendt me antoher buch-very good customer servide skills.
