This was first time of buying on line..... Was REALLY impressed with the amount of info either by text or email on progress of my order, saying it was on its way and another when it had been delivered. Would use again

Also, the text I received saying they’d been delivered was about 3 hours after they had been.

Service rating : I have used them 3 times and was very happy with first 2 orders (although 2nd bouquet had roses in pic; not on delivery) but not happy with the 3rd, which we paid to have made Grandissimo for a special birthday gift, but recipient advised that the other bouquets order were much grander. Ordering online is easy and delivery is fast and good. You cannot however reach them to speak to someone if you have a complaint so customer service is very poor.
Product : We paid to have the bouquet made larger (Grandissimo) as it was a special birthday for an old lady and according to the recipient, she received lots of stocks but not many roses!

Can’t comment on the flowers as I did not see them. Good communication throughout all very smooth - just might have helped to have a time slot as was sending to someone on their last day of work and was a bit concerned that they may have left by the time they arrived
